We are always interested to hear from experienced commercial lawyers looking for a fresh challenge in the Birmingham area.
In particular, we would welcome discussions with independent lawyers with their own significant client following, in areas complementary to our core business as commercial and employment law specialists.
Whilst we keep an open mind, our preference would be to consider a fee-sharing arrangement, in which we provide the complete practice infrastructure – including professional office accommodation – on the basis of an agreed percentage split of fees delivered and recovered.
We think this may suit individuals seeking a more flexible and less pressurised environment than is found in traditional commercial structures, but being somewhat more substantive than the “virtual law firm” model.
